Perhaps you’d like to join our front of house team or help our backstage crew? Could you assist with costume making or play in our band?

Other ways to support us
While our audiences are our biggest supporters, it takes a whole fleet to put on a show like those produced by BACCES. Not only do the cast and crew give up their time and talents, but we also rely on donations to get the show off the ground in style.
With the rising costs of putting on a production, at BACCES we want to continue to keep our costs as low as we can, to ensure as much money as possible goes to our deserving charities. By doing this we also aim to keep our ticket prices affordable for you, the audience.
How can you help?
Do you own a business that could provide something we need? For example:
· Transport/loan of a van
· Printing
· Banner printing
· Graphic design
· Sound and lighting equipment hire
· Catering
· Raffle prizes
· Costumes/Costume material
· Timber/paint/brushes/rollers
Or would you like to sponsor an element of the show? Every year we require a set (which we hire), costumes, props, lighting and sound, a band, pyrotechnics, not to mention our ‘wow factor’ moments in the show: could you sponsor Cinderella’s carriage, or Aladdin’s magic carpet?
By contributing to the show, you are helping us raise money for our charities and giving back to the local community; we donate all tickets to two of our performances to local groups as part of our charitable giving.
