BACCES returns to The Beck with a trip to Baghdad in its family pantomime, SINBAD, from Wednesday, 28th November to Sunday, 2nd December 2018. Tickets cost from £17 to £20 (including booking fee).
You will meet the evil Stagnacia Van Quish, the Sea Witch, who is plotting world domination. Sinbad will stop at nothing to prevent her in her quest as the adventure unfolds. Will he be able to save the day under the watchful eye of his 'mother', Betty BevMaker?
Will good conquer evil? Will true love blossom as Sinbad tries to rescue the Caliph's daughter, Princess Utopia, or will his affections land elsewhere as he sets sail with his motley 'international' crew? You'll be transported to a magical and colourful world. Oh, yes you will!
BACCES is delighted to announce that it will be supporting seven charities from the proceeds of Sinbad. Each was carefully selected from a long list of proposed organisations, all of which would have been worthy beneficiaries. This year, the Society has focussed primarily on more local and lesser known charities. Members from each will be invited to a private performance of Sinbad and will also receive a donation from the proceeds of this year's production.
